What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a technique that is dedicated to treating different disorders of the mind that have their origin in an emotional or psychic conflict. It can be said that it is the fastest and most effective tool in psychology to heal mental and emotional health, it can also alleviate both chronic and acute physical pain, re-program behaviors, and enhance resources and faculties of the body. 

The Beginning

There is a process of hopelessness that leads the patient to ask for help. In this process, the patient realizes that, despite all the efforts they are making, they can not get out of the problem and needs to ask for help from an expert.


In some cases a session may be sufficient for a specific topic, but generally two to three sessions are required depending on the topic to be discussed and the desired results.
